These Terms & Conditions apply to all events, ticket sales, and website usage under the FSTM brand (a project of Life Over Future B.V.). By purchasing a ticket, signing up to a guestlist or newsletter, or entering an FSTM event, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets and Entry
2.1 A valid ticket and ID (18+) are required for entry to all FSTM events.

2.2 Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled.

2.3 FSTM reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest for behaviour that is unsafe, aggressive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

2.4 Tickets purchased via Ticketswap are not refundable by FSTM. Any resale must comply with the original terms.

3. Event Changes & Cancellation
3.1 Lineups, times and venue access may be subject to change.

3.2 If an event is cancelled, FSTM will refund ticket costs via the original ticketing platform.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Respect for fellow visitors, staff and artists is essential.

4.2 Discrimination, harassment or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

4.3 No weapons, drugs, or prohibited substances are allowed at any FSTM event.

5. Privacy Policy

FSTM values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

5.1 Personal Data We Collect:

● Name, email address, and phone number (e.g. via ticket purchase or registration)

● Marketing preferences (if opt-in is provided)
